Why Us

Value Trend Solutions was founded in early 2009 primarily as a solution to the HomeValuation Code of Conduct. Established by three real estate professionals, Value TrendSolutions' goal has always been to provide the best possible service while maintaining a low cost to its clients.

Whereas many organizations are profit driven, VTS focuses on creating value for its clients, borrowers, and the appraisers on its panel. There are three main ways that VTS goes about doing this. First and foremost, VTS holds excellent customer service as its number one goal. Besides immediate attention to each appraisal order, every call placed to VTS is answered by a well-trained, knowledgeable service representative. Even an Owner of the company is just one call away.

Secondly, we here at VTS believe that our appraisal panel is a major asset to our clients. Beyond paying competitive fees, VTS contracts only certified appraisers wherever possible. This policy combined with our goal of keeping the panel smaller than most allows us to provide superior service.

Finally, we feel that VTS performs a valuable service to the borrower. Besides maintaining the lowest appraisal cost possible, VTS strives to provide accurate appraisals. Keeping in line with our stance on quality reports, VTS limits and monitors the communication between the loan originator and the appraiser thus protecting the appraiser's ability to prepare an unbiased opinion of value.
